| Position Title AP Filing Clerk Full Job Posting Mark Anthony Group is a private, profitable, and prominent alcohol beverage distribution company based in Vancouver with a presence throughout Canada. We market and sell brands from our world-class portfolio including mikes hard lemonade, Okanagan Cider, wines from Canada ?s premiere estate winery, Mission Hill Family Estate, as well as a portfolio of select agency wine and beer brands. Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Controller, the Accounts Payable Filing Clerk will be responsible for requests related to Accounts Payable filings, information and file management. This is a 6 month contract position for 3 days per week. Key Functions & Duties: ? Retrieval of AP documents based on requests ? Pulling and matching of invoices for both CDN and US AP payment runs ? Responsible for requests for information for CDN payables via CDB payable email inbox ? Various sorting and filing of AP information ? Annual audit support as required ? Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, advanced computer abilities, good attention to detail, and strong analy.... |
