Looking for someone with a ?can do ? attitude and full cycle AP experience. Are you a real AP specialist looking to be challenged in a fast paced, high volume AP environment? If so, I want to talk with you! Main Activities: Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures Prepare batches of invoices for data entry ? follow up with data entry of invoices for payment Conduct backup reports after data entry Handle biweekly cheque run, and record all cheques Prepare vendor cheques for mailing List all vendor cheques in the log book Prepare manual cheques as and when required Handle manual payments (wires, account transfers etc) Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers Print and distribute monthly financial re.... |
