We are currently looking for a Administrator to assist in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects in our Electronic Department in our Calgary District. Primary Duties Process all Electronic Contract Agreements into company contract database, including new contracts, change orders, and credit Review new Electronic contracts and purchase orders, conferring with Tyco Legal when necessary. Creating and updating various reports as required. Help with the processing of all electronic related Customer invoices, ensuring that all invoices are sent with the proper customer required documentation.
