We’re looking for an Administrative Manager for our Toronto Metro, Freedom 55 Financial Centre located near Dufferin and 401. We are seeking an experienced leader with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The candidate must have Insurance or similar Financial industry background. This position has responsibility for managing the day to day operations of the Financial Centre. This includes building and maintaining positive relationships within the Financial Centre and Head Office. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training and development of support staff within the office as well as overseeing the budget and day to day premise, furniture and equipment maintenance. You will be accountable for: · Establishing and maintaining open communication with the Regional Operations Manager, Regional Director, Head Office and staff within the Financial Centre. · Recruit, train and develop support staff to meet the changing needs of the financial centre. · Tracking and reporting on expense budget. .... |
