TYPICAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs confidential administrative and clerical duties for RIH Managers, RIH HR Department, including the prioritization of duties. Attends designated meetings, types and distributes minutes and correspondence, completes statistical reports and prepares presentations as directed. 2. Works closely with the Clinical Resource Coordinators in the organizing, updating and distribution of manuals, procedures and Standing Orders, maintaining a comprehensive filing system for these binders, and working with Switchboard and Docum.... |
