| Titre/Title ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK Job Description Role The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be working alongside the Financial Operations Manager to provide clerical and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate invoicing and payment of accounts under his or her control. Responsibilities -Carry out billing for Sid Lee Toronto customers according to specific deadlines -Monitor customer accounts and resolve issues surrounding customer billing such as delayed billing, non-billing and other irregularities -Train and support account services on proper billing procedures -Perform monthly sales reconciliation between Filemaker and Navision -Follow up with clients on unpaid balances -Perform bank deposits and application of payments -File contracts -Follow up on employees ? timely completion of timesheets -Maintain Filemaker and Navision updated -Contribute in the improvement of Accoutns Receivable processes -Patricipate in new corporate innitiatives when requested Professional skills -Attention to detail and accuracy -Organizational skills -Problem-solving skills -Ability to take initiatives and decision-making skills -Interpersonal skills -Ability to tolerance st.... |
