QUALIFICATIONS: Grade 12 or equivalent. Minimum of one year experience in performing reception duties, typing correspondence, co-ordinating patient or client booking and compiling statistical information in a health care setting. Working knowledge ESP is an asset along with phone etiquette and experience in reading & interpreting rotations.
