Commercial Lines CSR Role OVERVIEW Responsible for providing exceptional day to day service to clients and handling the client file activities on behalf of the Commercial Lines Manager Marketing of new business and renewals Binds accounts/coverage with insurer Negotiates terms/conditions with company, prepares binders and sends to client and insurer for policy issuance Maintain professional relationships with key insurers to ensure maximization of new business growth and retention opportunities Represent the brokerage at industry functions, when required REQUIREMENTS 2 - 5 years Commercial insurance experience Valid RIBO license is mandatory Exceptional client service ski.... |
