| Title 3PL Dispatcher Job Description 3PL Dispatcher Our customer has been established in Montreal for over 30 years and servicing dedicated clients that provide consistent business year after year. They are very dynamic company and all their employees have been with them for 15 years and more! They are currently looking for a 3PL dispatcher to manage overflow freight and support the trucking division. Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service the first time, every time! - Manage customer needs in order to meet and exceed customer requirements - Receive and process booking information from the customer in order to identify and confirm the appropriate routing - Ensure the system contains complete and accurate details of the booking - Maintain contact with the customer throughout the duration of an order - Problem-solve as issues arise, working with Sales and Administration in order to resolve - Update the system through following guidelines related to customer profiles - Keep the Sales Team updated on significant issues or trends - Keep in close contact with clients and continuously ask for loads Requirements: - Previous experience working in a 3PL with customer contact .... |
