| 2012:GRO-001: Bartender Job Code: 2012:GRO-001 Department: Food & Beverage FT/PT: Part Time Permanent Job Responsibilities: ? Mixing and knowledge of beverage recipes ? Ensuring quality control ? Maintaining superior guest satisfaction ? Ordering of all relevant supplies from the storeroom ? Ensuring proper cash out procedures ? Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment due to the following of proper set up and service procedures ? Receiving liquor orders ? Responsible for ensuring proper bar stocking in accordance with par levels ? Other duties as required Job Qualifications: ? Experience serving in a high volume casual environment ? Possess excellent customer service skills ? Possess excellent organizational skills and works well under pressure ? Ability to work in a fast paced environment ? Personable, friendly and outgoing ?
