| Title #2012-014 Manager, Maintenance and Operations Division/Department Facilities Management Reports To Associate Director, Maintenance and Operations Campus/Site Humber North Campus Job Classification Administration Job Type Full Time Competition 2012-014 Manager, Maintenance & Operations Position Summary Under the general direction of the Associate Director, the Maintenance and Operations Manager is accountable for the delivery of effective and responsible building, site, mailroom and cleaning operations and maintenance for the North Campus. Client oriented and responsive service is critical to support business continuity and provide an optimal, uninterrupted learning/working environment. This position may be required to act on behalf of the Associate Director at times. Qualifications The successful candidate will have a 4 year degree or equivalent in an engineering or architecture discipline, along with a minimum of 7 years of experience in areas related to building and site maintenance with a focus on Occupational Health and Safety and working knowledge of related regulatory issues. In addition, the successful candidate will be skilled/trained in environmental & safety regulat.... |
