The successful candidate will also coordinate a variety of functions and systems to provide service and information to students and faculty. Responsibilities include: providing information to students regarding timetables, course information, or campus information; answering inquiries that require knowledge of college and departmental policies and procedures; assisting with departmental special events; processing mid-term and final grades; ordering transcripts, class lists and distributing timetables to faculty; distribute student feedback questionnaires to faculty; compile, input, retrieve, and update information and data online on Educational Information System EIS.
