| Title/Titre 2012 Utility Attendant Seasonal- Commis de cuisine saisonniere Position Overview We are recruiting for seasonal Utility Attendants to join our Food and Beverage team at the Utility Attendants will operate an automatic dishwashing machine that cleans dishes, glassware and cutlery, wash pots and pans manually and perform general kitchen clean-up including the disposal of waste and recycling. They also assist the Chefs and Cooks with other designated duties. Responsibilities ? Wash pots, scrape and wash dishes, and return to appropriate place ? Run dishwashing machine ? Maintain area in safe and orderly manner ? Perform other cleaning duties as requested by Sous Chef ? Move carts and product to proper areas ? Responsible for recycling bins, storage, drop off and disposal Requirements Must be able to work a flexible schedule, and capable of dealing with a high volume environment during peak season, in addition to the following competencies. Adaptable Detail oriented Oral communication skills Listening skills Health and Safety Work in compliance with the provisions of the OHSA, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.
