| Title/Titre 2012 Guest Services Representative Seasonal/ Le Repr sentant saisonnier de Services d'Invit Position Overview We will be recruiting for seasonal Guest Services Representatives to join our Operations team at the CN Tower. Seasonal employment is anticipated to begin May 2012. Provide guests with superior service by providing information on CN Tower products and services. Work in any/all of Guest Services areas providing product information and ticket sales, Hosting by providing guest interaction and information, elevator operation and guest flow control, and Attractions including facilitating cinema and ride presentations. Assist in other Guest Service areas as required. Responsibilities Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following: ? Directly interacts with guests on a constant basis providing excellent service ? Operate the elevators and various attractions ? Crowd Control ? Provide Guests with information on the CN Tower, its various attractions and the City of Toronto in general ? Other duties as assigned Health and Safety Health and Safety ?
