| Job Classification 2006-Respiratory Therapist I TPT - Temporary Part Time to on or before Feb 15, 2013 FTE: 0.5 # of openings: 1 Date Opened Date Closed February 01, 2012 February 09, 2012 Salary Range $32.29 to $41.50 per hour as per the HSAA Collective Agreement Department EGH - Therapeutics, Respiratory Rehabilitation Clinic Hours Of Work Day/Evenings (0800 - 1500, 0900 - 1600, and 1300 - 2000 hours; 6 shifts/2 weeks) Duties/ Qualifications/ Other Information RESPONSIBILITIES The Respiratory Therapist I will perform diagnostic and therapeutic services on an inpatient and outpatient basis. Areas of responsibility will include providing pulmonary rehabilitation and education to patients with chronic lung disease, respiratory rehabilitation classes, pulmonary function testing, cardio pulmonary exercise stress testing, exertional oxygen walk testing, patient education, research projects and the care of medical equipment in the department. QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of a recognized and accredited school for Respiratory Therapy required.
